Returns Policy

Draper's Organic is committed to customer care and satisfaction, we want you to enjoy all of your purchases and to be happy in the care and attention you receive from us. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us at care@drapersorganic.co.ukPlease put our email address in your email contact's list to ensure our response does not go in to your Junk file. We do not send unsolicited emails, so please do not be concerned you will start receiving unwanted communications from us, or third parties.

 

Carrier Service

Please inspect thoroughly all items as soon as you receive them and before signing for them, to ensure that they have not been damaged in transit. If you see any signs of damage, please make a written note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately by email (within 1 day so that a claim may be made against the carrier company).

 

Returns

Although Draper's Organic is confident you will be delighted with your purchases from us, we acknowledge that there may be an occasion where an item needs to be exchanged or returned. Please note that we cannot cover return postage costs. Please also note that, once used, items cannot be returned, unless faulty, so please check all purchases on receipt to ensure they suit your requirement before using. If you should wish to return/exchange an item, we would ask you to follow the following procedure/s:

Please advise by email, in the first instance, before returning any item, so we know to expect your return and can give return address instructions if the parcel weighs 2+kgs (it may be cheaper to split into two parcels if you ordered items weighing 2+kgs, as postage costs rise over this weight). Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver items weighing over 2kgs, Please obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from your Post Office when sending any returns or exchanges back to us. We recommend that you use their insured Sign For delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged on return to us. Please check that the service used, if not using Royal Mail, will deliver to a PO Box, before sending to avoid the parcel being returned to you or being lost.

Although we will refund immediately on receipt of the returned item (subject to it being returned in its original, repackaged, unused, unwashed, re-saleable condition), please note that it can take upto approximately 14 days for the process to go through the banks, according to Sagepay, and for the money to appear back in your Account. This, unfortunately is out of our hands, so thank you for your understanding.

 

Cooling Off Period

If you wish to return any item, please send it to us in its original, saleable condition (unused, unwashed, with its original labels and packaging intact) within 14 days of receipt, for a refund (less the shipping costs). Please ensure your contact details are included with any returns, which should be securely packaged to protect them in transit and should be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date to you. Please email or write to us in the first instance so that we know to expect the return and can confirm receipt. Please note that we cannot be responsible for postage costs.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that fabric cannot be returned, as this is cut to customer specification. If unsure, please order a swatch/es or sample to check suitability, before placing your order.

Exchanges

 

Draper's Organic will be happy to exchange any item if it is returned in its original, saleable condition (unused, unwashed, with its original labels and packaging intact) within 14 days from your receipt date. Please contact us in the first instance to advise your exchange details, and to receive return instructions as necessary. Please ensure your contact details and exchange requirements are also included with the item/s, which should be securely packaged to protect them in transit. Please note that we cannot exchange used or customer damaged goods (customers statutory rights are not affected). Please note that we cannot be responsible for postage costs. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us, where we shall do our best to help.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

Draper's Organic do carry out quality control, however, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly, please return it within 14 days from your receipt date. Reasonable return and original delivery postage costs will be reimbursed in full, once the order details and item have been agreed. Please contact us by email or in writing in the first instance to advise us of the problem. If an exchange of a faulty or incorrect item is requested, Draper's Organic will cover the reasonable replacement postage costs once the item and claim have been agreed.

Please obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from your Post office when sending any returns or exchanges. We recommend that you use their insured Sign For delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost on return to us.

Item Descriptions

 

Please note that although we believe all product descriptions to be correct, it is possible that discrepancies may occur from time to time. Although actual product images are displayed, please be aware that the colour/s may differ to how they appear on your monitor.

 

Pricing and Services

 

All prices quoted and services used are subject to change without notice.

We do request that you give us your address and your contact details on checkout, when ordering from us, but assure you that these will only be used in connection with an ongoing order, delivery or enquiry related to your order. We keep customer order details for our reference and for tax purposes only.

We may pass your mobile number or email address on to DPD Local Couriers, if using them for delivery, usually on orders of 2kgs and above, for the purposes of them contacting you with their timed delivery slot. Please advise us if you do not wish us to do this, and we will not give either your email or mobile number to them. We are totally independent from DPD Local so cannot be held responsible for their Privacy Policy, which you can see at www.dpdlocal.co.uk. We have never and will never pass or sell your details on to a third party (other than DPD as stated above) or send you unsolicited mail or marketing.

We do not see or hold your credit card or debit card details. All website payments are made via the external payment gateway company, Sagepay. Please see www.sagepay.com for further information on their Privacy Policy.

If you would like your Account deleted, once your Order has been completed, please go to your 'Account' where you can do this. Alternatively, you can email and we shall do this for you, on receipt of your request, or on our next working day.
